What data do we collect and for what purpose? Through the registration-of-interest form we collect only the identification and contact details you voluntarily provide (such as name, e-mail address and, optionally, telephone number and a free-text message). The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and to inform you about the opening of BHQ Clinic. We do not request or process health data or special-category data at this stage.
Is providing your data mandatory? Providing your data is voluntary. However, not providing it will prevent us from responding to your enquiry or informing you about the opening of the centre.
Minors. This website is not directed at children under 14 years of age, in accordance with Article 7 of the LOPDGDD. If you are under 14, please ask a parent or legal guardian to register on your behalf. If we become aware that data has been collected from a child under 14 without valid parental consent, we will delete it without undue delay.
What is the legal basis? The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given by completing the form and ticking the consent box. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Commercial communications. We will not use your data to send commercial communications, newsletters or marketing material unless you specifically opt in through a separate consent. You may withdraw any such consent at any time at no cost.
How long do we keep your data? Your data will be kept for 12 months from collection, or until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, whichever occurs first. Thereafter the data will be deleted or kept duly blocked for the legally required periods.
Who do we share your data with? Your data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required. We may rely on technology providers (such as hosting and e-mail providers) acting as data processors on our behalf under contracts compliant with Article 28 GDPR. Where any international transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, it will be carried out under the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR.
Security of your data. REMEDY ROCKS, S.L. has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR, including measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Automated decisions and profiling. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out using the data you provide.
What are your rights? You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to info@bhqibiza.com and identifying the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD — www.aepd.es) if you consider your rights have not been duly addressed.
Updates to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes will be notified through the website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

¿Qué datos tratamos y con qué finalidad? A través del formulario de registro de interés recogemos únicamente los datos identificativos y de contacto que usted facilite de forma voluntaria (como nombre, correo electrónico y, opcionalmente, teléfono y un mensaje de texto libre). La finalidad es atender su solicitud e informarle sobre la apertura de BHQ Clinic. En esta fase no se solicitan ni tratan datos de salud ni datos de categorías especiales.
¿Es obligatorio facilitar los datos? La aportación de datos es voluntaria. No obstante, no facilitarlos impedirá que podamos atender su solicitud o informarle sobre la apertura del centro.
Menores de edad. Este sitio web no está dirigido a menores de 14 años, de conformidad con el artículo 7 de la LOPDGDD. Si tiene menos de 14 años, le rogamos que solicite a su padre, madre o tutor/a legal que se registre por usted. Si tenemos conocimiento de que se han recogido datos de un menor de 14 años sin consentimiento válido de sus padres o tutores, los suprimiremos sin dilación indebida.
¿Cuál es la base jurídica? La base jurídica es su consentimiento (artículo 6.1.a RGPD), prestado al cumplimentar el formulario y marcar la casilla de aceptación. Puede retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento previo a su retirada.
Comunicaciones comerciales. No utilizaremos sus datos para enviarle comunicaciones comerciales, newsletters o material de marketing salvo que usted lo haya aceptado expresamente mediante un consentimiento separado. Puede retirar dicho consentimiento en cualquier momento sin coste alguno.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo conservamos sus datos? Sus datos se conservarán durante 12 meses desde su recogida, o hasta que retire su consentimiento o solicite su supresión, lo que ocurra antes. Posteriormente se suprimirán o se mantendrán debidamente bloqueados durante los plazos legalmente exigibles.
¿A quién comunicamos sus datos? Sus datos no se cederán a terceros, salvo obligación legal. Podremos apoyarnos en proveedores tecnológicos (como proveedores de alojamiento y correo electrónico) que actúan como encargados del tratamiento por nuestra cuenta en virtud de contratos conformes con el artículo 28 RGPD. Cuando se produzca cualquier transferencia internacional fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, se llevará a cabo con las garantías previstas en el Capítulo V del RGPD.
Seguridad de sus datos. REMEDY ROCKS, S.L. ha implementado las medidas técnicas y organizativas apropiadas para garantizar un nivel de seguridad adecuado al riesgo, de conformidad con el artículo 32 del RGPD, incluyendo medidas destinadas a proteger los datos personales frente al acceso, alteración, divulgación o destrucción no autorizados.
Decisiones automatizadas y elaboración de perfiles. No se adoptan decisiones automatizadas ni se realiza elaboración de perfiles con los datos que usted facilite.
¿Cuáles son sus derechos? Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, así como retirar su consentimiento, escribiendo a info@bhqibiza.com e identificando el derecho que desea ejercer. Asimismo, tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD — www.aepd.es) si considera que sus derechos no han sido debidamente atendidos.
Actualizaciones de esta Política de Privacidad. Podemos actualizar esta Política de Privacidad ocasionalmente para reflejar cambios en nuestras prácticas o en la normativa aplicable.
